Privacy Policy for All-In Focus

Overview
All-In Focus is a productivity Chrome extension that helps users stay focused by combining
the Pomodoro Technique with Texas Hold'em poker mechanics. This privacy policy explains how
the extension handles your data.
Data Collection
All-In Focus stores the following data locally on your device only:
- Focus session data: Your focus task descriptions and session history
- Game statistics: Your chip count, win/loss records, and poker hand history
- Blocked websites list: The list of websites you want to block during focus sessions
- Settings: Your preferences for blocked sites and game settings
Data Storage
All data is stored locally using Chrome's chrome.storage.local API.
No data is transmitted to any external servers or third parties.
Data Usage
The extension uses your data solely to:
- Track your focus sessions and display them to you
- Maintain your game progress (chips, statistics)
- Block specified websites during focus sessions
- Provide you with session summaries and statistics
Permissions Explained
All-In Focus requests the following permissions:
- storage: To save your session data, game statistics, and settings locally
- alarms: To trigger timers for Pomodoro sessions and card reveals
- declarativeNetRequest & declarativeNetRequestWithHostAccess:
To block specified websites during focus sessions
- tabs: To detect when you attempt to visit blocked sites
- notifications: To notify you when sessions end or cards are revealed
- offscreen: To play audio notifications
- webNavigation: To intercept navigation to blocked sites
- host_permissions (*://*/*): Required to block any website you choose
to add to your blocked list
Third-Party Services
All-In Focus does not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising services.
The extension operates entirely offline after installation.
Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, or transmit any of your data. All data remains on your device.
Data Deletion
You can delete all extension data at any time by:
- Uninstalling the extension (which removes all stored data)
- Using Chrome's extension storage management tools
- Clearing Chrome's extension data from
chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
Children's Privacy
All-In Focus does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.
The extension does not collect personal information from users of any age.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with
an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.
